This is my first "real" blog post since I first started working on this site a couple years ago. I haven't put much into this blog, and my stories/posts have been just me talking about how I fixed this or added that. So to celebrate the unveiling of the site, I have decided to post basically an intro about this site and my plans for it.

Basically as you all have probably seen, this site was intended to host artwork of all different kinds, and for people to view. That much is still true, but I'm going to try and expand on new ideas this year, such as writing more in this blog and possibly making a youtube series, which I'll discuss in furture blog posts, I promise. ;)

Okay, so as a good interesting topic/discussion lets talk about leap years. I'll try and not bore you.

You need Adobe Flash Player to view this content.

So after watching that you were probably like me. I learned so many things about a leap year that I didn't even know about, exceptions to certain years and etc. I was like whoa, mind explosion right there. Oh, and here is an interesting thing to think about. People who have a birthday on a leap year only have "that birthday" every four years. So when they are 4, they will be celebrating their actual 1st birthday, and if they are 44 it will be their 11th actual birthday, weird huh?

Feel free to comment bellow about your thoughts about leap years and leap birthdays, and if you have any funny leap stories to tell post them below as well.

Happy Leap Year!

That would be cool and interesting. Would it be like 2058-part 2? Haha.

Lol, that sounds pretty cool. Or we could just add "4.0" after the year. Ex: 2058 4.0

Does it make sense? No. Does it need to? I don't think so :P

Nice find! I didn't know much about what a leap year was! Thanks! Although, I think it would make more sense if we saved up 1460 of those .25 days and had an extra year!! That way we could actually call it a leap YEAR XD
